"I had been a loyal customer of Ashley Orf’s insurance for years, insuring two cars and even my new home. This loyalty was shattered recently due to a concerning lapse in service. Despite sending a required document by mail, I was informed by the office manager, Nicole, that it was never received. Nicole asserted she personally opened every envelope, yet she didn’t recall mine, which is disheartening considering my long-term patronage. This oversight led to the cancellation of my policy without prior notice or an offer to use electronic communication, which was apparently an option. When I inquired about this, I was met with indifference, clearly showing that loyalty means little to them. I was then offered a new policy at double the cost instead of a reinstatement. This experience has completely turned me away from recommending Ashley Orf’s services. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure such neglect. For perspective, Geico offered me a policy at half the price."

"We appreciate your yearlong loyalty to our agency from a previous rewrite in 2022, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Our records indicate that Nicole and our corporate team both sent multiple reminders, via email and traditional mail, requesting the required signed document. While we understand the frustration surrounding the mail system, we diligently check for received correspondence, and can accept scanned (wet signed documents) through email as well. Notes also show that Nicole followed up with our underwriting and service teams to see if there was any exception that could be granted or any way, we could facilitate reinstatement of your policies verses a rewrite, and unfortunately, no paths were available other than the one offered to you. We regret any misunderstanding and value your feedback. In an effort to improve our services, we are reviewing our communication processes to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers. "

"Their system accidentally dropped our discounts. I had to contact them over and over to get it fixed. They never reached out to me at this office. One email they let me know it was an accident the discounts were dropped. Next, it was all being corrected and it was in underwriting. They never got back to me. I reached out again to make sure my daughter and I were ok and still covered while they get this corrected. They came back with sorry but you now need to pay over $800 for a month instead of the $274 due to what has happened or find other coverage. What?? They messed up and they want me to pay for their mistake. Makes sense."

We did reach out via email to inform you that this was an accident, and we took immediate steps to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, it seems there was a lack of communication during the correction process, and for that, we are truly sorry. Rest assured, we have taken steps to backdate and correct the discrepancies in your account. We understand the frustration this situation has caused, and it was not our intention to inconvenience you. In regard to the unexpected increase in your payment, we understand your concern. We want to make things right for you, and we are more than willing to discuss the payment issues you've encountered. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution to address this matter. Once again, we apologize for any stress or confusion this situation has caused you. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving this issue promptly. We value your business and are dedicated to providing you with the service you deserve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to the opportunity to make things right."
